They craft their handmade wood fired pizza using only quality ingredients and make them in their mobile wood fired pizza oven right on site. They use a wood fired oven because it locks in flavor and provides a unique, old-world method of cooking that customers love. They are passionate about wood fired pizza catering and bring their wood oven pizza truck to festivals, private parties, weddings and corporate events. They bring the party to you.
You can also stop by their farm and enjoy one of their fresh wood-fired pizzas! They offer our full pizza menu along with a selection of craft and domestic beers, Elmaro and Bemis wines, soda and water. Order at the counter, call ahead or order a carry-out! Their pizza farm is handicap accessible and has plenty of onsite parking for motorcycles and vehicles. The WoodShe Wood-Fired Pizza Farm is open Fridays (4p-8p) and Saturday/Sunday (noon-8p) beginning June 7.
