Sun-kissed plants, small town charm. Tender Shoots Gardens & Greenhouse is your local florist with a wide variety of products, including annuals, perennials, pond plants, fresh-dug hostas and daylilies, sweet corn, gift shop pieces, and Christmas items (trees, fresh wreaths, fresh garland, gifts, and decorations/etc) are offered.
Ben and Amy Lindner opened Tender Shoots Gardens & Greenhouse in 2008, taking over Ben's family farm. Ben has a Bachelor’s Degree in Ornamental Horticulture, and Amy’s Bachelor’s Degree is in Agriculture Education. The two of them have dedicated their time to educating customers on picking the right plants for their needs. Classes and tours can be set up throughout the year.
As of June 2022, Tender Shoots Gardens & Greenhouse is now your local florist. To them, arranging plants is just like arranging fresh flowers, and they enjoy sharing their new creations.
